OK--in our "politically correct" world, they're officially known as "servers" or "waitpersons". But whatever you call them, we deem the following some of our very favorite. Naturally, we favor the guys...but we like to give props to the gals, too, who go out of their way to serve our very large and often rowdy crowd of marchers and supporters on our road trips.

You will see their pictures elsewhere on this site. But we decided they deserve their own page.

They're hot... They have a great sense of humor... And they do amazing things to get our group served quickly and efficiently... (...probably so we'll leave their restaurant that much sooner...)

But whatever their inspiration for going above and beyond, we salute (in no particular order) the following:

Justin, of Bob Evans, Berea-Cleveland area (September, 2004).
We met this gentle giant after posting colors for the District 13 Auxiliary meeting. (You can't beat Bob Evans for scenery...!)

Wayne (who was the first waiter we photographed), of Bennigan's, Cincinnati (July, 1995?).
("Wayne on the web site! Wayne on the web site!")
Part man, part Apollo...he waited on our entire table of 24 almost single-handedly...and never missed a beat OR touched the ground. This one's for you, Wayne.

Kristen, of B.S. Boogie's, St. Louis (August, 2003).
Kristen and the crew there graciously took us in as a late reservation on a Saturday night--even though the mardi gras mask and feather boas we brought may have been just a little scary to see coming through the doorway. Hats off to you, Kristen, and your entire gang! Your excellent service was surpassed only by the quality of the food! Thanks for everything!

Justin (aka "Puddin'"), of Logan's Roadhouse, Gallatin, TN (August, 2004).

Now THIS...is SERVICE!!

WE LOVE YA' ALL!!
