R A D I O
I was fortunate recently to share a live radio broadcast
at WJCU 88.7 FM with some of the good folks from "Rootstock." Below is the photojournal:
Our host, "Uncle Fred".
Walt Campbell, 1/3 of the group Trillium, relaxes between turns at the mic.
Jon Mosey warms up those dancing fingers of his prior to air-time.
Christopher (aka Chris Reynolds) shares paints in a communal art venture.
Trillium member Susan Weber lends her visually-creative talents to the evening.
Beth Hyland (Trillium's third member) and Jon Mosey share a couch moment.
Jon's guitar case illustrates a story of a well-travelled life.
Walt takes a turn at the brushes.
Susan gets in tune with the floor.
While visual art may work for the Green Room, a broadcast requires aural artistry.
This was no "paint-by-number" music session--
spontaneous combustion was the color of the evening...
Walt's on electric bass, Jon and Susan are on guitar, Beth plays "goat toes",
I shake rhythm with a box of Tic Tacs, and Chris keeps time on a drum.
All in all, a very fine night indeed.
Thanks, Uncle Fred, WJCU and Folknet...
